Privacy statement (beta)

This page explains how UHER Pte. Ltd. (“UHER”) handles information when you use the AI proposal generator. This is a beta text and will be reviewed by UHER before launch.

What we collect

The description and details you enter, your email (for verification and follow-up), an irreversible hash of your connection source for abuse prevention (no plain IP is stored), and the generated proposal with its parameters.

What we use it for

To generate and show your proposal; your email is used to verify your identity, keep your access to the proposal and let a UHER engineer contact you. The proposal itself is not emailed to you.

Third-party processing

To understand your description and write the proposal text, your request content is sent to the AI service provider DeepSeek (servers may be located in mainland China). Please do not include personal data, trade secrets or client names in your description.

Retention and access

Records are deleted after 90 days; proposal links expire after 7 days. Records are visible only to authorized UHER staff, including an internal review spreadsheet in UHER's own Google account that only authorized staff can open and whose content is kept and deleted in step with the records. The link is randomly generated; third parties without the link and access code cannot view a proposal.

Cookies and third-party fonts

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies. There are no analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no “accept all cookies” banner. The cookies are: (1) access credentials (names starting with o_ or v_) that let you reopen your own proposal or one shared with you; set only after you generate a proposal or enter an access code, and expire after 7 days; (2) a language preference (ui_lang), set only if you manually visit /zh or /en, kept for 1 year. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google (Google sees your IP address).
